lol. dubai connections are pretty much the same here. max iirc here is 2mbps also. but that ping you got is terrible! i have the same connection speed as you and i play 20$ a month
 
good for u here everything is expensive and like others post i read that they didnt get right readings at peak hours but i will get the same reading at ne hour and the my download speed sux it is 64kb/s but as i was usin a 256kbps connection earlier with 32kb/s i though 64 ws gr8 but lookin at ur connections it changed the whole painting

My real speed is max. 215 kb/sec down and 52 kb/sec up
 
Mine is good.
I can say its not as good as most of yours,
Im happy with my speed as it does what I want it to do..
 


ISP is talktalk, free with phone package which cost £15/mouth
it is a bit slow but it does go though my server and router
