The answer to that question must be the answer to "why anyone uses apple anything". It looks good,i guess. I used it for a few months. Nothing special, but tons of eye candy.

It wasn't even a question though, and "why anyone uses apple anything" doesn't apply.

you dont know the truth about google chrome

And what is that truth? Memory issues? Privacy issues? The fact that it's made by evil Google? Or even, it's based on software from Apple?

All these are reasons I've gotten for why people don't use Chrome. The first reason is legitimate, but it's not really an issue, and the rest is just plain BS.

well ,hogs memory and stuff like that but the really issue is

that they sell your infomation to people like hackers from what they find out from your web broswing and from what info is stored on your computers

just use firefox

much better than google s***

I used firefox, but chrome is a bit faster. i would use it again.

Will probably move to pale moon soon as been getting some weird issues with IE8 and I do not like IE9. May try IE 10 when it gets released. Been trying Pale Moon again and I do like it. I do have firefox installed but its been slow.

Glad you're finally moving away from the Dark Side to a less dark side.

Not a big fan of Firefox. I mean I use it and Opera, but my main browser for years has been IE and never really had any problems. Well like problems most people claim. Actually never tried Pale Moon. Isnt this kinda like WaterFox from the looks of it seems to be a tweaked version of FF plus they have a x64.

It's got some big differences compared to Waterfox. Waterfox is just a 64-bit version of Firefox compiled with different libraries, while Palemoon is also compiled with different libraries, plus the developer claims to have made other performance-increasing tweaks.
It also has the default toolbar layout set up to resemble 3.6, which is a PITA for me because I like the v4 look and so I have to move all the toolbars around.

Have you tried Chrome?

Yeah Ive used Chrome, its ok. But I have abandoned the whole Google/setup/monster. Dont know if its a burnout factor or just a anti monster attitude. LOL

Haha, I know what you mean. I've been using Chrome since I got the CR-48, and I feel plugged into their system now. IMO it's still much better than Firefox, but I've been meaning to try using Opera again for a little while.
