What kind of Power supply should be used?

Could you tell us what type of components you are going to be putting into your computer? It would be easier to tell you what type of PC you would need then.

I am going to buy a board with RAID function, 7600GT, 4X512MB Ram, 2XSATAII250GB HDD, TV Tunner. Basically I am using it for video editing.

(perferably dual rail)
Not necessarily, many high end PSUs only have one +12V rail. In fact, many people prefer single rails because there is no risk that one of the rails might get overloaded.

If you arn't going to get SLi, then you don't really need dual +12v rails.

Edit: Hey! I'm at 1k posts! I know they don't mean anything, but it's still cool! Still have much to learn :D

Actually, dual +12V rails are arguably worse with SLI, as there's a greater chance of overloading one of the rails (since both graphics cards are powered off it). It's not an issue most of the time, of course.

A budget would be a great help.
