I have a Logitech S510 wireless keyboard and mouse. Overall, these have performed markedly well, but I've encountered one key(no pun intended) issue with each unit that is driving me INSANE.
Keyboard Issue: When I make a slew of mistakes, and have to remove an entire series of keystrokes, I'd like to be able to hold down [backspace] to quickly delete a row of text. In this case, I find that I have to press [backspace] repeatedly. Holding the key down does nothing.
Mouse issue: I do a good amount of scroll-wheeling for, well, scrolling up and down. At least, I used to until it began to drive me mad. You see, this particular scroll wheel has a new-fangled function which allows the user to also pan left or right by pushing on the appropriate side of the wheel - so trying to use the scroll wheel for its basic function causes me to inadvertently pan, which makes the PC beep uncontrollably.
Is there a setting which will allow me to "turn on" my backspace key? And to turn OFF the pan feature on my scroll wheel?
Thanks in advance.
