How old were you when you built your first pc?

I got my first computer when I was 11. It was an old Tandy PC 1000 However, I didn't do THAT much with hardware until a year or two later. The middle school I was at got a donation of old PCs. Since all the computers they had were macs, I was able to get a few from them. So I built up my first 486 around that time

That was the IBM clone radioshack sold wasnt it?

i built my first one when i was 13 im 22 now

some asus mobo
633mhz intel celeron
256 ram
20gb seagate barracuda HD (which i paid over $400 for..good times)
cant remember gfx card...
that generic case with some semi seethrough green plastic on the side of the front panel which everyone had around that time

i built my 1st rig when i was 31 in 2005 Asus M2n-Sli-Deluxe x2 4800+ 2.4 version BFG 7950 gt THAT THING OWNED on BF2 Counterstrike
