Both 32 bit versions only show under 4GB, and the 64 bit versions let you see up to 128GB (except for Vista Home xx). There are lots of other differences as well, but I don't remember off the top of my head.i dont know technically, but i do know that 64-bit allows you to take advantage of more then 3.xx gigs of ram. or 4.xx gb for vista?
