WTB: Socket 478 mobo

im looking for a motherboard for a socket 478 cpu. I need it to have AGP 8x, at least 4x PCI slots, 2x or 4x DIMM's (4x would be better), support for at least a 3.0Ghz cpu. Post here if your interested in selling one.

thats a pretty nice open box mobo. only draw back is the fsb.
