Wireless printing from my laptop

I am trying to get this setup so I can print from my laptop wireless to the printer hooked up to the desktop computer. I had it working until I had to format the hard drive on the laptop so now I am starting all over. I have the printer shared on my desktop. When I add a printer on my laptop I goto the control panel and select add printer. Select the box that says a network printer, or a printer attached to another computer. Click next and that brings up the specify a printer box, select the browse for printer box, click next, select the printer that is sharing, click next. Then it brings up the window about connecting to a printer on the desktop and that it will automatically install a print driver. I click yes and it loads for a second and brings up another window that says the server for the Lexmark Z700-P700 series printer does not have the correct driver installed. I have tried to get the driver from the cd that came with the printer, drivers that came with the laptop, and from my Windows XP cd, I cant find it anywhere. Any advice?

Thanks

Go to MY COMPUTER.

Click on MY NETWORK PLACES.

Click on VIEW WORKGROUPED COMPUTERS.

Click on the computer with the printer.

Click on PRINTERS AND FAXES.

Click the printer you want to use. Your Laptop should then install the required driver for you.

If you would read his post, you might know why your answer is worthless...

He is haveing a driver issue, and yes he does have the correct drivers. I think it is not providing the correct driver, cause it is a different OS.
