WiFi Issue

Hi

When ever i try to connect my lap top to another wifi connection this message come up saying that is can not be connected due to problem with wireless adapter.......................

Can anyone tell me how i can get internet out side my house??​
 
What is the make and model number of the laptop? Once I know that, I'll point you to the updated driver.
 
Thats not the full model number, there is a series of letter/numbers after the L505.
 
Is there place on my computer where i can find it because i went to
My Computer----->Right Clicked--Properties
And there it said Model: Satellite L505
 
Since you can't find the exact model number, go into device manager, right click on the wireless device and click on properties. click on the details tab and give me the vendor and device id numbers.

They look like this. If you have vista or windows 7 it will look a little different.

click on the plus sign next to network adapters. You should have an lan adapter and a wireless adapter listed.
 
You have to install the new drive by running that file. Unzip it and run the setup file.
 
No, its not unzipped, see up top where it says extract all files? You need to click on that to unzip the folder to an actual folder.
