Which PSU?

Heya guys, i recently got my new case and with it came a new power supply, heres the specs compared to the old one i am using:

Aspire PSIV-600-2

+3.3v +5V +12V1 +12V2
28A 30A 16A 18A

Old one

Antec True550p

+3.3v +5V +12V
32A 40A 30A

My old one looks best, but the new one has got the duel rails, which add up to 34A although i have read that duel rails are not what they are cracked up to be. Can someone clear this up for me?

From what I understand, the 1st rail is used to power the CPU and other parts on the mobo, while the 2nd rail is used to power the GPU and other components you want. This is supposed to give stability.

if thats true, then i dun think everythign is getting the power it needs, overall which one is the best.
