Which Power Supply More Stable?

I dont know hardly anything about power supplies i need help in determining which one is better or a better one in around that price if u know of any...i mean like which ones more stable less hassle noise and things like that..and will they both run on this motherboard: MSI RD480 Neo2-FI ATX AMD Motherboard @ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130038

The HiPRO has better specs... I can't say if it's actually better or not, though. But if I did have to pick one of the two there, I would go with the HiPro
 
Yes, it will work with your motherboard. Your mobo has a 24pin connection and the PSU comes with a 20+4 pin connector.
