What is the light indicator on the Cooler Master Scout?

Just got this case setup, this one LED light doesn't appear to do anything, it's the one with the lightning symbol.

The red LED is the HDD indicator, which works, so I can't think of anything the other one can be. I thought it may be a USB device indicator but it doesn't seem to be that either.
 
The LED under the "lightning bolt" is the Power Indicator, which indicates when the system is powered on.

Must not be hooked up properly.
