What are the most realistic games?

So I was wondering what the most realistic games would be. The criteria would be physics, running and stamina, bullets, health and probably some more.

I was thinking America's Army 3, your health is based on your injuries (if you get shot in the leg you don't lose heaps and heaps) and when healing someone it isn't just a medic bag, you need to put your leg in a splint and stuff like that. Plus there is bullet drop. Also the guns have the proper name

Crysis has some real world effect, like cyclones actually doing stuff to houses and houses falling down if there is not enough support. There is a tiny bit of bullet drop, but in 2020 (when this game is set) you would think the guns would be much more powerful. But the guns had all the wrong names, which I guess I don't mind, but still.

So tell us what you think is a really realistic game, and no, COD4 is not realistic in most parts.

Flight Simulator 10 is probably the most realistic games in terms of graphical, physical and (game play) mechanic, realism.
you might want to check out arma2 as well

@crysis comment; small arms dont improve according to moor's law, the ak74 is still the best Warsaw assault rifle dispite being made 35 years ago, and the ak47 is still competent despite being made 62 years ago. My only gripe with the weapons is crysis is that there where not any bullpups

Red orchestra and insurgency are the most realistic shooters that I know of and both are quite fun to play unlike the almost too realistic AA.

The physics in red orchestra are great, you have to compensate for elevation and windage (guy/tank moving ect) when shooting from a distance. I think I played RO more than any other game I own, i'm a deadly tank buster with my anti-tank rifle:D But it's not just the bullet drop thats great about the game, everything else is well done, from the movements to the gameplay, the team work needed to finish your mission ect...

Insurgency is a free hl mod that you can download from steam, it's insurgents vs. marines in cqc and open maps, I really enjoy playing that fps as well. The movements just feel realistic unlike the run and gun cs-s style, all the firearms in that game do a great deal of damage which is what I like most about that fps, you won't need to shoot your enemy 15 times to take him out.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2. 3 shots, you're dead. That imo is realistic.

Gran Turismo's physics feel like you're driving a real car. Every car reacts differently when they brake, accelerate and corner.

Arma II is suppose to be the most realistic game out right now. Buddy was telling me you can drag your team to safety and can take upwards of 10 real minutes to patch them up and stabilize them.

Sounds REAL boring if its 10 mins per heal up...but its suppose to be utterly realistic.

Opperation Flashpoint back in the day was really realistic... Cant wait for the next one should be awesome..

Realistic in the way of the AI mostly and everything else is good too.

What exactly is moor's law? Because while the gun itself may not change (like the design and such) but bullets do. Like putting a metal jacket on it (not as simple but still) or making it hollow and things like that.
By the way, it is not called a bullpup, it is a steyr aug, the Australian Army use them.

And yes I have the Arma 2 demo, but I have only done some parts of it, parachuting and free-falling is so fun:D

lol, bullpulp is just a gun design in which the magazine and action are located behind the trigger, there are several types of bullpulp rifles, steyr being one of them, the famas in cs-s would be another... I have a bullpulp pellet gun...

I just started downloading arma 2 demo... 2.84gb:eek: I had to delete oblivion just so it would fit on my h.d haha, I hope its good.
