Is this powerful enough to cool my pc?, im also planing to use peltiers later but not yet,so would prefer if the system was powerful enough to handle a peltier also.

if not?, what do you recomend? ( i saw other thread but thats in usa, newegg dont ship to UK)

cheers

edit: just noticed that for £5 more i get a double rad, so id get that........... still come to think of it £170 is a bit more than i hope to spend, but if thats what it takes for a good one then it must be........

hm i dunno about that, looks interesting, but, i dont know enough about them (pros and cons and temps of CPU etc) and id a would not be able to have peltiers. Thanks anyways, anyone else?

a friend of mine has the zalman fanless reserator water cooling kit. its about $220 (sorry i dont know what it is in pounds). its nice looking and is super quiet. he gets idle temps of 17C with his 64 4000 overclokced to around 3.0. it doesnt come with the vga or chipset cooler but you can buy them separatly. hope this helps

thanks for your hepl!,

Iv found another kit- that looks better. it costs £190 tho, but unlike the Swiftech H20-220 Apex "Ultra" Watercooling kit, the Alphacool Cool Answer II 120 Watercooling Kit also contains a VGA and Chipset waterblock, AND from what i can see, the pumb seems to be better too-although im not 100% sure about that. Does anyone know if the Alphacool Cool Answer II 120 is better than the Swiftech H20-220 Apex "Ultra" Watercooling kit ?

Thanks

ive never heard of alphacool but swiftech is very good. up there with danger den imo. however i would suggest not getting any blocks that are 'see-thru'. only get ones that are 100% metal. i.e. all copper or gold.

Na, I dont think its very hard, just gotta follow instructions carefully and put it together/test it outside the case I think. Swiftech do seems to be the more popular company, so might go with them, but im not sure, the Alphacool pump still looks more powerful, and isnt that the main part of the system?

would the Koolance PC4-1024BK be a good water cooling its seems for a nice price and you have to pay for something ?

What do you think?

ye that does look good, but it costs $80 to ship to UK, not having that lol. I think ill have to stick with Swiftech H20-220 Apex "Ultra" Watercooling Kit, I can get it for £160 including delivery, means ill also need to buy GPU and Chipset waterblocks tho, so need to save up some money.
