Vista Ultimate 64-Bit & SP1

Just curious if any Ultimate 64-Bit users have installed SP1. If so, how was the overall experience and is it worth it? Many Thanks.

Works fine for me. It took about 30 minutes to install and I haven't noticed any compatibility problems.

Glad to hear that. I was reading that the SP removed the search from the start menu. I use that all of the time. Is there anyway to add it back to the start menu?

Also, any noticeable speed increase or decrease? I really appreciate the feedback on this.

It removes the search button, not the live search. So searching only requires typing into the box at the bottom. No problems at all on SP1, in many ways, its much faster.

Well, SP1 installed and with no problems. Thus far I cannot tell a difference in speed but it seems just as stable as before SP1 install.

is there still the dumb problems like tryin to add a printer or is that incompatibility removed in SP1?

I have had no problems with this edition of Vista. In fact, it'd be hard to go back to XP now.
