Whatever photos you want to send to your phone, make a folder in Dropbox and save the photos there. Allow them a few seconds to sync, then open Dropbox on your phone and save the picture from Dropbox to your phone.

Peter, we aren't going to hold your hand and walk you through everything multiple times. We already told you how to get the photos to and from your computer and phone using Dropbox.

No, on the cell phone it is very simple. It just says do I want to post this picture to facebook and I click on it and it does the rest . So how would I send the picture from facebook in the computer to the smart phone ?

I think this is the source of your confusion. Having a picture uploaded to Facebook does not mean in any way that the picture has been transferred from your phone to your computer.

If the picture is posted to Facebook, you should be able to view it on either your computer or your phone simply by opening Facebook.

The help everyone has been posting has been ways of physically copying a picture from your phone to your computer and from your computer to your phone. That doesn't seem to be what you actually want to do even though that's the question you asked.

Can you tell us more about what you are trying to do? It seems like your question might actually be, "When I see a picture on Facebook while on my computer, how do I then view that picture on my phone?"
