I got a Thermaltake Big Typhoon a few months ago on sale at my local electronics dealer. I have 2 cases which I am looking at; the aerocool aeroengine 2 and the aerocool extremengine 3T. Will the typhoon fit inside of either of those cases? Also, is it worth paying an extra 30$ for a 25cm side fan instead of 2 x 120? Will I notice the cooling difference? Thanks for your time.

Haha I just posted a thread about the exact same cases!
With the AeroCool ExtremeEngine 3T, I'd be careful because I don't know how far that huge fan sticks in. I've seen the typhoon and that thing is effing huge!
It will fit in the aeroengine 2, but not too sure about the ExtremeEngine

Yeah, I saw your post. BTW, both cases have a 140mm front fan. 
I'm also looking at this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811103003 Almost the same specs as the 3T, but a hell of a lot cheaper. Not sure if it will fit in there either, but it still looks good.

Thank you for finding that! I have to get everything cheaper now! (but it's still going to be a sweet computer, just under 1,300) I wonder if the fan quality is as good as the other one though...?
Also, there are spots in the front to mount some fans. Plenty of room on the inside. However, I have never heard of that brand before. What do you tink about it?
