steam just broke my game xD

Steam just broke my DiRT2. I got it thru steam the other day, the little window with the key kept popping out, I wrote down the key and closed it. Went thru the multiplayer registration, win live etc. Today the little window popped out again and I had to minimalize the game to get rid of it and now my game doesnt maximize....at all. Tried switching it on again, nothing.....FAIL. Now i have to play with the taskbar at the bottom.

AWESOME! lol, sorry. Anyway, I have always hated steam. Hope they fix it for you!

I got an email from Steam, "try clicking on the little button left to X, this will mazimize the game."

Have you tried alt+enter?

right click on the shortcut, go to properties. add "+ fullscreen" (without quotes) at the end and hit apply. it should work. It worked for me with crysis and crysis warhead.
