Startup Application Help

I have a long list of applications that are in the msconfig of my computer. I want to disable some of them so it doesn't take my computer so long to start up.

I'd like to post them all here, and could someone go through the list and tell me what each thing is, or just whether or not it's a vital program?

Thank you.

Here's the list:

about half of them can be removed. google each one to find out what it is to see if you want to turn it off.

jusched is for java updates. you can remove it from msconfig or go into control panel and open the java icon. there is a tab on updates, you can uncheck the check for updates.

QTTask (Quicktime tray icon), iTunesHelper(nothing really), AdobeUpdateManager (adobe updates) and the blank spaces can all be safely disabled.
