SM Bus Controller driver. CAN'T FIND!

In device manager, I'm missing a driver for SM Bus Controller. I've tried searching but can't find it.

Windows XP Home Edition, SP3.
Emachines W3050, 3000+ amd sempron, NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Video Card.

Any other info you guys need?
 
So long as it's all working OK and you're not having any problems I wouldn't worry about it.
