and i was woundering if i could by a whole new side panel with a window

You would have to see if the manufacturer sells them. If they don't you'll most likely have to have one custom made or mod the panel yourself.

it wont look ugly if you do it properly. take a peek at this page, these are my two modded out PC's, IMO they dont look ugly, they took a long time to do but they look great now CLICK HERE
