Did a test earlier and got 40mbps but it seems to have dropped a bit. My father pays $56 for the 40mbps.

Just wondering if this is the thread to do this in:

I was wondering if a thread that shows what you are getting for speed, the package and price that you are paying, company and personal thoughts about the ISP is worth doing?

Reason I ask is because around my area, the ISP seems to change. So one year a company might be horrible, the next, they are better then the one you switched to. So to keep track of what is the best bang for your dollar, it wouldn't hurt to hear from other people that are with the same or with different ISPs. Maybe a person around the same area with a different ISP is getting the same service for cheaper price.

Thoughts?
 

Usually faster than that, dunno what's up with it today. Also, I don't think I'm even in the 3 year NBN plan :(.

Just re-tested about 15 minutes after.

I think it was because my Dad was on the internet also.
