Internet speed at Georgia Tech through Speakeasy's Atlanta Server:

If the file size was larger, it would be able to be a more accurate reading--with such a small file, it is done in a fraction of a second. Tests are averaging out to ~350Mb/s, though I believe they could be higher--there is truth to the statement that Georgia Tech has the 2nd fastest internet speed in the nation.

(note: the upload speed is capped in the dorms--elsewhere on campus on WiFi it is ~20Mb/s up and down).

It's interesting--my speed is above 90% globally, but only 82% locally...I wonder what the maximum someone's gotten for Georgia Tech is.
