'Rented' a Meraki MR84 from work for the weekend
Wish I had a better wireless NIC to test against it though..
Now you need a switch to provide more than 1Gbps. Since Comcast tends to overprovision by 20% or so, I wonder if you bonded 2 of the 4 NIC's on the modem (which my MB8600 supports), if you'd actually get closer to 1.2Gbps.
Hah. It'd be nice if the edgrouter offloaded LACP but no dice. I don't really have anything that can do that while doing NAT at line rate.
Was hoping for some DOCSIS3.1 modems with a SFP+ cage but I guess it will be a while.
