hate to say it but im going to have to call bull on the upload, ive got a friend who's office has an OC connection and even it cant up that fast....never really see an up speed higher than a down as well.

May I ask what you pay? Those speeds are kinda slow

I have a really old line, an many users of the ADSL Community in the UK don't get their rated speeds. Max Ive hit before is 6Mb.

Oh and I pay nothing for it, my Phone Package is £9.99 per month and with that I get free Broadband, £3.50 more and its Unlimited too.

32 a month (renting modem currently, otherwise it's 26 or so) have a few internet programs, generally like 11mbs/800kbs
