Take a look at any office building anywhere in the world. There are tons of wires. Its not that big of a deal... besides, you really do not need to reply to yourself...

We've got something that looks a lot like that (edit although not quite that many wires now that I look at it a 2nd time) under the raised flooring in the network room at work. It's suprisingly easy to keep it that clean.

nothing, they only set it all up just to take a picture of it and make everyone go WOW and then had to take it all down again
