S SIRCOOKS Member Mar 26, 2025 #1 I have a sandisk cruzer 3.0 USB drive. I cant remember how big it is, but it is only giving me 29 gbs of space. I remember it being bigger. I did format to NTFS. How can i retrieve all of my space back and what tool to use to get it? Diskpart?

beers Moderator Staff member Monday at 1:51 PM #4 If you don’t even know how large the drive is supposed to be, then how do you know you aren’t getting full capacity? Base10 to Base2 a 32 GB drive equates to ~29.802 GiB. It’s why things like ‘a terabyte hard drive’ show up as 931 GiB usable.
