Replacement power Supply

So my parents PSU took a crap, and I need to replace it. Im not a PSU guy, and was wondering if I need to worry about buying PSU's on eBAY. Or if there are any special places I should buy it from.

What came out of the PC was a [BST ATX-1956d b3]

I also see a lot of them for HP, yet this one came from an eMachine... Does that matter?

I would recommend buying one on newegg, you can get them for about the same price as on ebay, since on ebay sellers charge alot for shipping.
