Remote desktop (Vista Business > XP home)

Hi all, bit of a quick problem here.

I am basically the "tech" in the family but I have recently moved to Ottawa for university. I am running Windows Vista Business and my grandparents are using Windows XP Home.

Is there any software I can use or method that I can use to allow me to control their PC remotely? They aren't very computer literate and I often come to their place to fix small problems they have.

logmein.com is the best, free remote desktop software i have come accross. All you need is the free account.

Earlier today, I searched the forum using the term "Remote Desktop" and this thread was the first result. In under 10 minutes, my father setup a logmein account; I used his account to access his PC to run some malware removal tools from my computer, as he lives about 45 minutes from me. Logmein is an excellent program and I want to thank Brian for the recommendation. :D

haha, i know how that feels, i learned about it 1-2 years ago and now all my friends have it and if they have a problem they come yelling at me :P.
