recomend me a computer

Yeah they're both i5s but they are different models. The difference between the two is that the 3570K can be overclocked as it is multiplier unlocked, however the 3470 cannot be overclocked as it is not multiplier unlocked. Usually I recommend the 3570K, but if you are certain you never want to overclock, the 3470 will be fine.

It is a risk, but if you do it correctly and with the right cooling and hardware you can get some great performance gain from doing it!

It only becomes a risk when you do it wrong and aim for overclocks which are never going to happen.

Depends on how much RAM you want. If you want less than 16GB, go for Home, if you want 16GB or more, go for Pro. Ultimate isn't worth it. Home is limited to 16GB of RAM.

The difference between 32-bit and 64-bit is RAM. 32-bit will only detect about 3.5GB of RAM, but 64-bit will detect up to 192GB in Windows 7 Pro and Ultimate (only up to 16GB in Home though).

Always go 64-bit though.

You have no idea how many people who said they wouldnt overclock, then a few months later they said they wanted to and had to buy another $200 cpu. Just spend the extra.

if i get home premium now can i upgrade to pro when i get more money, or will the computer be stuck with home premium?

You can use Windows Anytime Upgrade to upgrade to Pro or Ultimate whenever you like. You just buy a key from MS, type it in, and Windows gets upgraded. All your programs and files will remain. :)

Those are very nice items you picked out, but don't use windows 8, coming from a person with experience with it.

on the back on my graphics card box it says compaitible with windows 7. It doesnt say anything about windows 8, so does that mean i cant use it?
