If I lost my SSD/HDD, I wouldn't be that upset. Always back up important files to a external HDD. If I had the money to spend, I'd also spend it with multiple external backups.

Instead of an imac, I would have a laptop that goes on a stand, and I take it off when I want leave my PC HQ.

ugh macbooks... I just sold mine. I bought it thinking I would use it for school but I payed $1000 just to use safari. Such a waste of money.

If they had laptops with dedicated graphics cards such as a 580 or higher, that would be sweet but it would probably melt lol.

@Machin3: They do, their called Macbook Pros, may not be a 580 but 6770 isnt that bad on its own.
