Post your dream setup here! Anything from just the Computer (Be it laptop, oem Desktop, or custom desktop) to the computer, mouse, desk! I can imagine in 5 years, somebody looking at the first dream srtup and being like, how did that cast $10,000?! That pc is pretty bad!

Two Xeons in a custom case (water cooling) with Three GTX 680s, Two 120GB SSD's in Raid 0. Six Monitors with a custom racing rig made from a real car. :D

It's more uber productivity in my eyes, because when it comes down to it, I have a gaming machine that I hardly ever game with.
 
2 or 3 GTX 690's in SLI w/ the sr-x motherboard and 2 xeon processors. All on liquid cooling. That would be pretty sick. EVGA FTW!

3 GTX690's would be six way SLI which is not possible. The most you can have on any single motherboard are two cards.

It is a dual chip GPU remember, so it is running SLI on a single card.

i7 3960X overclocked like crazy with liquid cooling, 512GB SSD, 32- or 64GB of RAM, X79 motherboard, 3x GTX 680s, XFX 1250W PSU..... in my dreams....

2 Xeons is not very good for gaming. The cpu would be bottlenecking 2 gtx 690s. A quadro 6000 and 2 xeons are a match for a workstation.

I second this. You can game with xeon processors. Some have more cores that won't get utilized but I would also use the rig for folding. Besides, even if I didn't get xeon's, I would still get 2 3960X's. I would overclock the crap out of the cpu's no matter what technology I got.

If you don't have proof that I can't use Xeon processors for gaming, then its not true. I for sure would rather get that then an i7 six-core which you keep recommending for some reason...
 
My dream would be to have a faster internet at 100MB like the optic fibre and get rid of this rubbish one I have that only gets 1MB-2MB as I DJ on 2 internet radio stations and keep having buffering problems and listeners complain.
 
I know I agree with you mate, our internet connection here just outside of Norwich is pretty poor as well. :/
