Yes I am going to make for sure it is stable before OC'ing. For the ram I cant find a really really good sorce of info for links but this is what I found

No I havent gotten the timings yet I have been bouncing back and forth in between packing so we can move, I will try to get the timings soon we are finish up cleaning here

C2 and C3 are cpu steppings. It's what the CPU is, C3 means it was a later revision than C2 and has improvements.
