howdy,
i have a few questions.....first of all what exactly is a tv tuner and what does it do? if i am not mistaken, it allows you to watch tv on your computer monitor, but i am not for sure.
second do i need any kind of special software to view my tv
do i need to have digital tv, such as satelite or digital cable?
can i use my monitor to watch tv and do other things like surf the net at the same time?
and last, does anyone have a pcmcia tv tuner in theier laptop and if so could you make some recomendations.
