A friend is thinking about having me build him a system. Opinions are welcome on my build list. He is going to do some gaming (I don't know with what video games). I have a Windows 7 installation disk, a Phenom II 945 Quad-Core Processor and GIGABYTE GA-M78SM-S2H motherboard, a case already and a Serial ATA hard drive. The price limit is $280.

Can you fit AM3+ board?
There's an od on sale for less.
DDR3 is less.
I'd rather get a smaller ps if had too.

That is a good deal on an Antec NEO ECO 620C 620 Watt power supply. I wish I had the money to buy it as my current power supply.

When the power cord gets moved on my present power supply the whole computer can shut off on me. My OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS power supply is out of warranty now sadly. I only expect quality parts to last five years anyway. My power supply unit is now beyond year number four for me.
