Yeah it is easy to build. It's just like a big Lego kit, all the parts fit together. There are loads of videos on YouTube which will help you if you get stuck, or you can ask me or any of the other guys here for help. :)

My golden rule is to remember to ground yourself before you touch anything or do anything. Here's how you do it (lifted straight from my tech guide on diagnosing non-POSTing PCs. :D)

You must make sure you ground yourself before doing anything which involves opening the case and doing work inside. Plug the PC into power, make sure the power is turned OFF at the wall, touch a part of the case that is bare shiny metal (a screw usually works) and then you are done. Try not to move around too much as you will build up charge again. To ground yourself again, just touch the same screw or bare metal part of the chassis you touched before. The earth is always active regardless of power switch on wall or PC.

Do that and you'll be fine. Make sure if you build the PC on carpet the parts are resting on top of their boxes or a book or something that isn't metal or the carpet. :)

oh and vistakid, im actually 14, thats why im so nooby :p..
I'm 14 too. :) I built my first PC when I was 13 but I've built a few in the past year and a half or so and I've re-built mine completely several times. :D

It's very hard to electrocute yourself - only if you're an idiot like me can you electrocute yourself on a computer. I was mucking around inside the computer whilst it was turned on, and I pulled out an IDE cable from the board, the board hit the case (as I was missing a standoff on the board) and then it shorted out and all these purple sparks flew everywhere! There was a loud bang too! Kinda cool but a bit dangerous! ;) Amazingly I just turned off the power supply, left the computer for a bit, turned the power supply back on and it worked fine again!

Building a PC is usually a bit harder than Lego, but not much harder. :) Think of it more like Meccano. :P

haha ok, something i would do ;)!!
think i am going to order this by next week, dont know why but when i click the OS link it says 404 page not found, so if you could tell me what to look for i could find it myself?
