New Stereo Hum from PC

Ok cheers... Yeah I thought that was the case with them both being outs...

Ill try another RCA Cable (I think I have a spare one) tonight... Any other ideas?

Ok that makes sense.

Hmm, the only other ideas I have are for helping isolate the problem. Such as, trying pluggin in an mp3 player or something using the same cable to see if you still get hum.

Ok after much experimenting, it seems there is this hum no matter what on whatever imput of the stereo...

The hum exists on radio, when playing a CD etc... It even exists on AUX channel when I have completely unplugged the RCA cords...

I think I have to contact panasonic on this one...

Have you tried pluggin in the stereo into another AC outlet? It's possible it's getting dirty power from the one it's using.

If not it may be a faulty stereo.
