New case what fans?

Ok i ahve a new case i jus got.(please post new egg links)

It dose not have a fan in the rear.So im looking for one.Has a 120 in the frount so thats good.But what would the best 120 be for the back.AS far as sound it dosent matter but i need to be keep cool.Also would having light up fan be bad for the rear also.

i would look at the model number that is provided on the front fan and get the exact same one for the rear. that way, the dB/CFM would be the same, plus they would make both be lighted.
