my psu is too loud

this is what i have, and i am willing to sell it cheap, because its too loud,

i don't know which psu would be suitable for me, any suggestions?
also, i might get a new case that might decrease the sound, may be thermaltake?

Nah, thermaltakes aren't conducive to quietness. But a Seasonic S12 series would be a great quiet PSU.
