Does anyone out there have any experience using Mint vs Quicken. Am looking at using the latter, but not sure.
I've used Mint for a few months, but stopped using it about a year ago. It's a great piece of software...
The categorization of transactions weren't that accurate, and it counted transfers between my accounts as a transaction that threw off the spending charts and budgets I had set for myself. Plus, while I know it's secure, I didn't feel it was necessary to use and didn't want it to have all my account info.Just curious... if it's so great, why did you quit using it? Found something better?
This. Single-handedly made me uninstall the app.The categorization of transactions weren't that accurate,
+2 it sucks at giving transactions a category. So you need to spend hours making sure each thing is categorized correctly.This. Single-handedly made me uninstall the app.
