Malware Bytes from flash drive?

A while back, I attempted to download Anti Malware-bytes onto my desktop Computer....
I received a error message about a file missing either during the installation process or,
while attempting to run it...As of this writing, I do not recall the file name...

QUESTION:
Can "MWB" be downloaded onto a flash drive and utilized/initialized from that flash drive?

The techbench can be used on a flash drive but its not free and it seems it can only be used by computer repair businesses.
