Obviously, you don't realize that the OS ($100) wasn't factored into that price and to be able to game decently you need a dedicated video card and more ram. So up that price to say $600 and you might come close.

The APU build for $300 is kind of crappy (they don't even have dual channel RAM). You also indicated 'high graphics settings' which isn't going to happen.

You could probably substitute a 7850k APU and 2 sticks of 1866/2133 RAM for a lot more performance.
