Looking for the best free Media player. What do you have & why do you like it?

VLC player is by far my favorite for video. It plays every file type with no problem.

Windows Media Players
Real Player
WInamp
VLC
ITunes
QuickTime player
Bs player
Media player classic.
I use VLC and Media player classic - for video of all kinds.
Real Player to download videos from Youtube.
ITunes - for internet radios
BS player, WMP - normal players
Winamp SUCKS!!!!

VLC for sure, it plays everything!
I only recently realised it plays the iso's I created from my DVD's without me needing to convert them to another format or anything, I don't know of another player that will do that.
Also I use it for radio. I just save the file from the iTunes list and VLC loads it up so much quicker.
I also use iTunes for all my music and WMP for videos sometimes.

Of course VLC is the best, plays all kinds of videos and also has many video features. It has the maximum sound for mp3 as compared to other players.
I like MPC also, but dont use it much, because it loads any file in a little bit longer time than VLc. Just double clilck and file opens in VLC. But mpc says "opening" for a couple of seconds, which is irritating. therwise it is also good.
Well for your kind information, downloading any video from youtube is illegal. Remember that!!
