keep western digital my book from spinning down

I got a WD 320GB MY book. It spins down every 5 min, and spins up even if I am not using it. Works great tho! got to love it ! But I want to keep it spinning all the time, How can I do this? Thanks in advance!
 
Does it have a management console of some kind where you can adjust the power options? If not, try looking in power options in control panel
