Issues due to overheating?

I've been having some strange problems with my PC lately, and I think the problems are due to overheating, as my case is so cramped. Ive been having restarts all of the sudden with no warning, especially when i play very demanding games like COD2 or Far Cry. Also, when i start my computer up, after the Windows loading screen with the logo and the bar, my screen goes very distorted for a few seconds then returns to normal.

I think these problems are due to overheating, and seeing as how my graphics card can get very hot and my case is so cramped with all the wires from my PSU, i think im going to buy a new case, and i have this one selected http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811144095. Ive heard good reviews of that case so i feel safe with that, but i want to know if my problems are really from my PC overheating.

Oh yeah sorry forgot to include those:

CPU- 35C
Mobo- 31C
Gfx. Card- 67C

Also my performance in games has been way lower than what it should be. In the HL2: Lost Coast stress test, I get a lower score than people with a 7800GT...

well somethings not right but you temps look fine, are they load temps or idle temps.
Have you done the basics, driver update, check bios oc setting so on and so forth

Are those temps from an external temperature sensor, or are you using a program in Windows to tell you the temps?

Im using the Asus probe program that came with my mobo to do the CPU and Mobo temp. and Catalyst Control to do the gfx. card temp.

well your temps are fine, your psu is good (unless its failing - which i doubt but is not beyond possibility).

Drivers are all upto date,

Have you checked if an random crap is running in the background?
