is the 300W PSU enough...?

hi guys im new here and my first question in this forum is this...
is the 300W PSU enough to run this PC (see below) with no problem and with non possible hardware damage...?

so...? is this PSU enough for my rig of hardware...?
 
so.. guys My PC isnt high end one, mine's mid range one... Ive heard that the 300W PSU is enough for my PC anyway... that 14.0A on +12V is double Ive heard it... so 14 + 14 = 28A (is this true)...????
 
no no. You have 14A on the 12V+ line. My PSU is cranking out a whooping 18A on my 12V+, and i am suffering from it. If you dont game, i guess it would be ok, but i would recommend upgrading at one point to a psu with atleast 22A on the 12V+ rail.
