Using the term "expensive" is not a good enough reason to download illegally, if you can't afford it you don't get it and you've not earned the right to own it. It's as simple as that. I can't afford a Ferrari so I make do with what I can afford, I don't go out and steal one.

I agree but certain countries actually have the philosophy that you can't put ownership on digital media. I won't go into specifics because it is illegal almost every where else, and then you have the third world countries which piracy is all they get over there. So, they really aren't even target customers since they can't afford it to begin with.

Oh and it doesn't matter how many people think it is OK to download music illegally, it is still illegal no matter how many people are OK with it.

I don't really want to censor this discussion, but illegal activities can not be discussed at CF. It is illegal to download copyrighted material here in the US and other regions. It's been discussed in the forum so many times. In this thread, a few infractions were issued, and it was closed, so I'm going to close this one up as well.
