i think 250 could get you a good deal

Pros:
- Extreme overclocking capabilites
- Can look very cool

Cons:
- High matinence
- Can leak on your system if installed incorrectly and cause more problems

Unless you are planning on doing some serious overclocking, dont get water cooling its useless.

You can also get just as good air cooling. Liquid cooling will keep your components at or a little above room temp, so dont expect to get 5C temps unless you get a cooler.

Liquid cooling also can have many unforseen downsides. When you replace the fan on the cpu with a fanless, water solution, the voltage regulators as well as many other chips may begin to overheat, and cause instability issues. Those parts rely on the airflow created by the cpu fan, so by replaceing that with a waterblock would require better cooling over the chipset and voltage regulator.
