I'm overwhelmed Looking For A New PC

I've been looking online for a new PC and there are too many to choose from. Just when I think I found one it doesn't have what I need.
I just wand something to do research, listen to music, watch a movie, etc.

I'm looking for a inexpensive desktop
No Gaming
Not into building any graphics

I would like a fast desktop
RAM 16GB
Storage 512GB (I have an external hard drive I store everything in).
Plenty of USB hook ups
External DVD and or a CD/DVD drive.
I have two monitors so I need HDMI

Could you recommend a PC for me?

It would help to know where you are located so we can possibly recommend something local to you. What you are looking for sbould be at your local computer electronics store. What's your budget?
