HW T&L - Video Card Question

I have a Dell E510 with Windows XP Media Edition and a Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelator 950 video card. My problem is that I want to be able to play Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising but my video card does not support HW T&L. I know absolutely nothing about video cards. But I need to find out what type would be compatable with my computer and which will be able to play this game. I only have about $100 too spend.

Here is a few I have been looking at but Im not sure if they are good or if they would work on my computer.

XFX GeForce 6600LE / 256MB DDR / PCI Express / SLI / DVI / VGA / TV-Out / Video Card

well first off we are going to need more info on your PC. like is it AGP or PCI-E?
also i think newegg has some 6600gt's and X800's that are about $100 and they are better than the 2 you picked out.

go to "control panel "then "system". and to find if you have AGP or PCI-E you have to look at what type of slot you have
ill see if i can find you a pick to help you find it.

edit: here are the pics
AGP its the brown slot
PCI-E its the long whit one on top.

here are some good ones, thier a little over your $100 budget but not by much.
6600gt$140-$20(MIR)=$120
X800GTO$115
the 6600GT is better b/c of the clock speeds but the X800GTO can be easily OC'ed and has more Pipelines.
